1. Please confirm that the job details and costs in Quote (including drawings, specifications, if any) are accepted and approved in one the
following ways: (1) reply email, or (2) signing Quote and delivering it to the NZ Fences Ltd’s officer. Acceptance by the client is
effective when receipt of the acceptance of this Quote has been confirmed by NZ Fences Ltd.
2. Changes to the scope of works as set out in Quote (including drawings, specifications, if any) may require variations/amendment(s); they
must be recorded in writing when agreed.
3. By confirming Quote you will enter in to a binding agreement/contract. This means that you will be required to proceed with this
agreement/contract and to pay for the materials and works as set out in a Quote.
4. We require at least 5 working day advance notice (lead time) before the commencement of works. For aluminium gates (if any) there will be
4 weeks lead time required to manufacture the gate according to the exact measurements.
5. Please note that 50% deposit is required on acceptance of a Quote and it must be paid within 3 working days of acceptance (the Due Date).
If the deposit has been not paid the agreement/contract may be cancelled at the discretion of NZ Fences Ltd. No works will be commenced
until the deposit is paid in full. An Invoice will be issued upon completion and the balance (remaining 50%) will be due on the day of
completion of the works.
6. Daily Interest of 0.3% on overdue amounts shall accrue from the Due Date until paid in full.
7. NZ Fences Ltd’s BNZ Bank Account number is XXXXXXXXX. Payment may be made by Online Bank Transfer (the Quote # shall
be used as reference) or Cash. Credit Card payments may be available on request. Cheques are not accepted.
8. A Quote is always subject to stock availability. Due to the popularity of the products (fences and gates) and services we provided it is
suggested to make the decision and booking in advance.
9. 15-year warranty is given on all PVC fences and gates unless stated otherwise. The warranty covers chipping, cracking, decaying &
discoloration. This warranty is subject to the buyer’s (or owner’s) taking all reasonable steps & care expected of a reasonable owner,
to maintain the fences and gates in good order.
